What is an Unleash Active Recovery Series?
Each series includes 2 to 7 classes, with each one focused on a specific area of the body. Classes range from 20 to 40 minutes and feature 4 to 8 positions. You’ll spend about 4 minutes in each position, allowing your body time to truly benefit from the work.
We use a standard “class set” of 4 blocks—2 large and 2 mini—but you’re encouraged to adjust based on your needs. Whether you use 1 block or all 4, more blocks can help you target more areas at once. There’s no perfect way to do this practice, and more importantly, there’s no wrong way either.
Alongside the block work, you’ll also experience some of my favorite rehab exercises, fascia maneuvers, and other restorative movements and tools designed to support and enhance your recovery. This practice is a powerful complement to whatever recovery or wellness routines you already have in place.
Pitchers Series
The pitcher series includes four videos with a combined run time of 1 hours and 59 minutes.
This 4-part series was originally created for a Major League pitcher and is designed to target the most common areas of strain for throwing athletes. Whether you’re a professional or simply love to throw, these sessions offer a powerful approach to recovery and performance.
You’ll learn a wide variety of block positions and fascia maneuvers focused primarily on the throwing side of the body. These techniques help reduce tension, improve mobility, and support long-term joint and tissue health—key to staying strong and injury-free over time.
Incorporating this series into your recovery routine can transform your throwing experience, enhancing how you feel both on and off the field.
