What is an Unleash Active Recovery Series?

Each series includes 2 to 7 classes, with each one focused on a specific area of the body. Classes range from 20 to 40 minutes and feature 4 to 8 positions. You'll spend about 4 minutes in each position, allowing your body time to truly benefit from the work.

We use a standard “class set” of 4 blocks—2 large and 2 mini—but you’re encouraged to adjust based on your needs. Whether you use 1 block or all 4, more blocks can help you target more areas at once. There’s no perfect way to do this practice, and more importantly, there’s no wrong way either.

Alongside the block work, you'll also experience some of my favorite rehab exercises, fascia maneuvers, and other restorative movements and tools designed to support and enhance your recovery. This practice is a powerful complement to whatever recovery or wellness routines you already have in place.

Intro Series

The introductory series includes four videos with a combined run time of 1 hour and 52 minutes.

The series includes 4 thoughtfully designed classes: two focused on the front of the body, one targeting the side body, and one centered on the back of the body. These foundational sessions will help you get comfortable with the blocks and build confidence in the practice.

Once you’ve got the basics down, you’ll be ready to explore other series that focus on specific areas of the body—and begin to personalize your practice to suit your unique needs.

These four short classes are designed with athletes in mind—each one targeting the most effective positions using blocks and Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers. The goal? To answer the question: “If I only have a few minutes a day, what movements will give me the most return?”

These foundational positions work the body from head to toe, helping to release tension, restore balance, and support recovery. They're ideal for athletes who want to move better, feel better, and perform at their best—whether you're in-season, off-season, or anywhere in between.

Feet Series

The feet series includes three videos with a combined run time of 1 hour and 24 minutes.

Foot health is one of the most important—and most often overlooked—areas of recovery. As the foundation of the body, the feet play a crucial role in posture, alignment, and overall movement. In fact, many issues throughout the body can be traced back to dysfunction in the feet.

This 3-part series is designed to help you restore and maintain healthy, mobile, and well-aligned feet. You'll explore practical techniques that support symmetry, improve mobility, and create lasting stability, essential components for lifelong wellness.

Whether you’re dealing with bunions, neuromas, neuropathy, hammer toes, flat feet, high arches, Achilles issues, chronic ankle instability or other issues, this series offers targeted tools for relief and recovery. And even if your feet feel fine, this work can have a powerful impact on issues higher up the kinetic chain, including the knees, hips, and back.

No matter where you are on your journey, this series is a smart, supportive step toward better movement and overall health.

Jaw Series

The jaw series includes three videos with a combined run time of 2 hours and 4 minutes.

Jaw issues, especially those related to TMJ dysfunction, deeply impact daily life. From eating and speaking to breathing and sleeping, healthy jaw function is essential for overall well-being.

This focused, 3-part series provides a variety of practical tools to help you address jaw tension and dysfunction on your own. You'll learn effective block positions and fascia maneuvers specifically designed to release tension and restore function in this often-neglected area.

Freeing the jaw can have a profound ripple effect—helping to ease stress and improve the function of the neck, throat, sinuses, and shoulders. Many people also experience relief from symptoms like headaches, tinnitus, vertigo, and other discomforts in the head and upper body.

Whether you're managing chronic TMJ or simply looking to support better overall alignment and relaxation, this series is a valuable resource on your recovery journey.

Knee Series

The knee series includes five videos with a combined run time of 3 hours and 13 minutes.

Knee pain and dysfunction can significantly limit your ability to stay active and enjoy the movement you love. This 5-part series offers a thoughtful, effective approach to addressing knee issues—without relying on repetitive exercises that often overlook the root cause.

The positions you'll learn are simple, passive, and designed to ease tension without putting strain on the joint. Most knee pain is the result of poor alignment, and this series focuses on restoring that alignment to support real, lasting relief.

By gently guiding the body back into balance, these classes can help reduce or even eliminate knee discomfort—so you can move with greater ease and confidence and get back to doing what you love.

Low Back Series

The low back series includes seven videos with a combined run time of 3 hours and 10 minutes.

Low back pain is one of the most common challenges people face today, often affecting daily comfort and mobility. This 7-class series is our most comprehensive—designed to address the many different factors that can contribute to discomfort in the lower back.

Because low back pain can stem from a variety of sources, this series takes a full-spectrum approach. You’ll explore positions and techniques that target both the common cause sites and the low back itself, giving you practical tools to find immediate relief and long-term support.

Whether you're dealing with chronic tension or an occasional flare-up, this series helps you better understand your body and gives you a reliable path toward feeling better—one session at a time.

Neck Series

The neck series includes two videos with a combined run time of 1 hour and 17 minutes.

This is one of my favorite series—because working with the blocks to support the neck is both incredibly effective and deeply restorative.

Though it includes just two classes, each around 30 minutes, this series gives you powerful, easy-to-use tools to address neck pain and improve mobility on your own. By enhancing alignment and movement in the neck, many people also experience relief from headaches, jaw tension, ear issues (tinnitus, vertigo), shoulder tightness, and even symptoms that travel down the arm.

These are positions you’ll come back to again and again—they’re simple, effective, and truly supportive for everyday recovery and long-term well-being.

Pitchers Series

The pitcher series includes four videos with a combined run time of 1 hours and 59 minutes.

This 4-part series was originally created for a Major League pitcher and is designed to target the most common areas of strain for throwing athletes. Whether you’re a professional or simply love to throw, these sessions offer a powerful approach to recovery and performance.

You'll learn a wide variety of block positions and fascia maneuvers focused primarily on the throwing side of the body. These techniques help reduce tension, improve mobility, and support long-term joint and tissue health—key to staying strong and injury-free over time.

Incorporating this series into your recovery routine can transform your throwing experience, enhancing how you feel both on and off the field.

Shoulder Series

The shoulder series includes five videos with a combined run time of 2 hours and 18 minutes.

The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body—which also makes it one of the most vulnerable to tension, dysfunction, and injury. This 5-class series is designed to help you release stress in this high-demand area, improve shoulder alignment, and support long-term health.

Proper shoulder alignment plays a key role in maintaining healthy upper body posture and can significantly reduce strain in the neck, upper back, and even down the arm into the elbow, wrist, and hand.

Whether you're an overhead athlete, working to improve your posture, or recovering from a shoulder injury, this series offers practical tools and targeted support to help you move with greater ease and confidence. It’s a powerful step toward restoring function and preventing future issues.

Thigh Series

The thigh series includes four videos with a combined run time of 1 hour and 52 minutes.

This 4-part series is your essential solution for dramatically reducing thigh soreness and unlocking greater mobility throughout the lower body. It’s a must-have for anyone facing intense training periods—whether prepping for pre-season or pushing toward a major event.

Mastering these positions will accelerate your recovery, significantly ease muscle tightness, and empower your legs to perform at their best. When your legs are under pressure, this series delivers powerful tools that transform how quickly and fully you recover.
