I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Zach and the work he does. I do a lot of physical activities and at 36 I find my body breaking down from all the strain. But Dr. Zach has helped me out immensely. He does a great job of explaining what he is doing and why, as well as how different muscles/muscle groups work together. I truly don’t think I’d be able to continue to perform the way I can without Dr. Zach.
