What is an Unleash Active Recovery Series?
Each series includes 2 to 7 classes, with each one focused on a specific area of the body. Classes range from 20 to 40 minutes and feature 4 to 8 positions. You’ll spend about 4 minutes in each position, allowing your body time to truly benefit from the work.
We use a standard “class set” of 4 blocks—2 large and 2 mini—but you’re encouraged to adjust based on your needs. Whether you use 1 block or all 4, more blocks can help you target more areas at once. There’s no perfect way to do this practice, and more importantly, there’s no wrong way either.
Alongside the block work, you’ll also experience some of my favorite rehab exercises, fascia maneuvers, and other restorative movements and tools designed to support and enhance your recovery. This practice is a powerful complement to whatever recovery or wellness routines you already have in place.
Knee Series
The knee series includes five videos with a combined run time of 3 hours and 13 minutes.
Knee pain and dysfunction can significantly limit your ability to stay active and enjoy the movement you love. This 5-part series offers a thoughtful, effective approach to addressing knee issues—without relying on repetitive exercises that often overlook the root cause.
The positions you’ll learn are simple, passive, and designed to ease tension without putting strain on the joint. Most knee pain is the result of poor alignment, and this series focuses on restoring that alignment to support real, lasting relief.
By gently guiding the body back into balance, these classes can help reduce or even eliminate knee discomfort—so you can move with greater ease and confidence and get back to doing what you love.
