What is an Unleash Active Recovery Series?
Each series includes 2 to 7 classes, with each one focused on a specific area of the body. Classes range from 20 to 40 minutes and feature 4 to 8 positions. You’ll spend about 4 minutes in each position, allowing your body time to truly benefit from the work.
We use a standard “class set” of 4 blocks—2 large and 2 mini—but you’re encouraged to adjust based on your needs. Whether you use 1 block or all 4, more blocks can help you target more areas at once. There’s no perfect way to do this practice, and more importantly, there’s no wrong way either.
Alongside the block work, you’ll also experience some of my favorite rehab exercises, fascia maneuvers, and other restorative movements and tools designed to support and enhance your recovery. This practice is a powerful complement to whatever recovery or wellness routines you already have in place.
Low Back Series
The low back series includes seven videos with a combined run time of 3 hours and 10 minutes.
Low back pain is one of the most common challenges people face today, often affecting daily comfort and mobility. This 7-class series is our most comprehensive—designed to address the many different factors that can contribute to discomfort in the lower back.
Because low back pain can stem from a variety of sources, this series takes a full-spectrum approach. You’ll explore positions and techniques that target both the common cause sites and the low back itself, giving you practical tools to find immediate relief and long-term support.
Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension or an occasional flare-up, this series helps you better understand your body and gives you a reliable path toward feeling better—one session at a time.
