What is an Unleash Active Recovery Series?
Each series includes 2 to 7 classes, with each one focused on a specific area of the body. Classes range from 20 to 40 minutes and feature 4 to 8 positions. You’ll spend about 4 minutes in each position, allowing your body time to truly benefit from the work.
We use a standard “class set” of 4 blocks—2 large and 2 mini—but you’re encouraged to adjust based on your needs. Whether you use 1 block or all 4, more blocks can help you target more areas at once. There’s no perfect way to do this practice, and more importantly, there’s no wrong way either.
Alongside the block work, you’ll also experience some of my favorite rehab exercises, fascia maneuvers, and other restorative movements and tools designed to support and enhance your recovery. This practice is a powerful complement to whatever recovery or wellness routines you already have in place.
Feet Series
The feet series includes three videos with a combined run time of 1 hour and 24 minutes.

This 3-part series is designed to help you restore and maintain healthy, mobile, and well-aligned feet. You’ll explore practical techniques that support symmetry, improve mobility, and create lasting stability, essential components for lifelong wellness.
Whether you’re dealing with bunions, neuromas, neuropathy, hammer toes, flat feet, high arches, Achilles issues, chronic ankle instability or other issues, this series offers targeted tools for relief and recovery. And even if your feet feel fine, this work can have a powerful impact on issues higher up the kinetic chain, including the knees, hips, and back.
No matter where you are on your journey, this series is a smart, supportive step toward better movement and overall health.
