Unleash Active Recovery classes are taught using 2 large and 2 small blocks to target multiple muscle groups in each position.

The large block covers the most surface area and is typically used on the large muscle groups, or for more diffuse pressure.

The mini brick is a smaller size to get into nooks and crannies or for more intense pressure.
